MICA's CMS has 4 user roles, 2 of which apply to the CMS User Community.
Users are CMS users that can create and edit pages and modules within an area of the website related to their organizational unit at MICA. Users must have their pages and components published by their assigned Publisher before their new content and/or changes will appear on the live website.
Publishers are CMS users that, similar to standard User accounts, can create and edit pages and modules within an area of the website related to their organizational unit at MICA. In addition to creating and editing, Publishers have the ability to publish pages and modules within their specified areas, making these pages and modules available on the live website or portal.
To be granted access to the CMS to create and edit content for MICA's website, you must first attend a training session.
