This event is recurring, every month on the 4th, currently on ZOOM. It’s a joint initiative of Liberal Arts and Wellness to build community and activate our space for our students, while giving access to student wellness resources, including the health center and MICA counseling and fitness professionals. It also provides the opportunity for students to have dialogue with the liberal arts faculty and each other. Special guests this month include Saloni Shah, student diversity coordinator from the Center for Identity and Inclusion and Jenna Frye, FYE faculty who will share a #craftdistraction with us. And the wonderful regulars: de-stress with dogs, meditation, wellness activities, and Q&A with the Health Center.
