Virtually break out of your house and visit the animated universe! Students at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) have once again been working with scientists at NASA GSFC to produce short animations illustrating, or inspired by, astronomical research. The topics include the Moon, Mars, Titan, neutron stars, and more with some unique twists. Despite the animators having to complete their films working from all around the world with limited technology, we think you'll enjoy the show!

The MICA students and their scientist mentors will be screening these animations online at 12:30 pm on Thursday, May 7.

We will meet on zoom for presentation and discussion, with the animations streamed in real-time via Ustream.
