This month for 4U on the 4th, our monthly Liberal Arts/Wellness event, will happen on Sunday, October 4th at 12 noon EST.
We will have an autumnal theme for our activities this month: destress with MICA pets, mindfulness with the Counseling Center, favorite fall recipes, and special guest this month Bill Addison, LA Times Restaurant Critic, who will explore the phenomenon of Pumpkin Spice. This also kicks off Mental Illness Awareness Week here at MICA. Please consider joining us!
