This month for 4U on the 4th, our monthly Liberal Arts/Wellness event, will happen on Wednesday, November 4th at 12 noon EST.
This month, 4U falls on the day after the US Presidential election. We will offer time to connect with other students, faculty and staff to have space for our responses to the election. We will also offer student poetry readings, "Creativity under Pressure" from the Academic coaches of the LRC, Thea and Rebekah, as well as our standard monthly destress with MICA pets and mindfulness with the Counseling Center.
