The Growlery is a privately-run residency centrally located in San Francisco’s historic Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. The Growlery's mission is to create a free live-work environment for artists and intellectuals that will encourage creative production, discussion, and reciprocal influence among members of our diverse community. Residencies at the Growlery range from one to three months. Residents live rent-free in a beautifully restored Victorian-era home and have the opportunity to work in a small, diverse group of peers.
