The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, with support from the Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Development, administers the 2019 Community Art Grants. These grants support artists & communities working collaboratively to enhance quality-of-life in Baltimore’s local communities through visible, memorable art projects that reflect the ideas and values of those for whom it’s created. The grant award offers funding for artist-neighborhood collaborations that creatively reimagine and enliven public spaces through new mural art projects.
