The 2017 Sabbatical Exhibition is taking place from Friday, September 1 - Sunday, September 24, and showcases the work of faculty members who took a semester away from MICA during the 2016/17 academic year to develop new work and explore new themes. Participating artists include: Annet Couwenberg, fiber; Valeska Populoh, fiber; David Cloutier, foundation; Sangram Majumdar, painting; Allen Moore, film & video; Katie Morris, art education; Barry Nemett, painting; Jonathan Thomas, printmaking; Eglute Trinkauskaite, humanistic studies and Jennifer Wallace, humanistic studies.
